Yes! Ambits can move so long as the camera and performers/objects being tracked have a sensor attached. For example, two Ambits on a grid pole can be carried by an operator to create a mobile performance area of approximately 8’ (2.44m) x 24’ (7.32m). All sensors, including the one mounted to the camera, MUST stay within this performance area as it moves. When an Ambit is mounted to the camera, the camera doesn’t need a sensor. This scenario creates a performance area of approximately 8' ( but up to 13’, depending on magnetic interference and depth of field) in front of the camera.
